Handmade Nature of Products

Orders: Acceptance, Cancellations, and Changes

  • Acceptance: We may refuse or cancel orders for reasons including availability, errors in product/pricing information, or suspected fraud. If payment has been captured, we will refund the amount for any canceled items.

Processing, Shipping, and Delivery

  • Processing time: Stickers and pins typically ship within 2–3 business days; apparel or mixed orders within 2–4 business days. During peak periods, processing may extend; we will post any updates on the site.
  • Shipping method and timeline: Standard shipping. Estimated transit time is 3–4 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines are carrier estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.
  • Dispatch schedule: Orders are shipped from NYC, NY on set dispatch days each week.
  • Address accuracy and reshipments: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Reshipments may incur additional shipping charges.
  • Risk of loss: Risk transfers to the customer when the package is accepted by the shipping carrier. For packages marked “delivered,” we are not responsible for loss or theft. If you require signature on delivery or additional insurance, contact us before purchasing.

Returns and Refunds

Limited Warranty and Limitation of Liability
