Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

  • We’re a small handmade studio. Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds.
  • Exceptions: If we made a mistake (wrong item/size/design) or your order arrived damaged, we’ll fix it—please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors/pet hair, and in original packaging with tags. We cannot accept items that show wear, stains, washing, or tampering.
  • Return shipping: If we request a return for an eligible issue, we’ll provide/prepay the return label. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refund method: Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection (3–5 business days).
  • Final sale: Custom/personalized pieces, mystery packs, clearance items are final sale.
  • Fraud/misuse: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy or show intentional damage.
